Important Notes: The DBT skills packages are structured, educational skill-building modules designed for focused skill acquisition and personal development. They are offered as educational skill-training and are not a substitute for standard DBT care. If you are experiencing an acute mental health crisis or require emergency support, please contact 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
